ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
The services that Computers By Design Inc. ("CBD") provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. CBD reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
Through its network of Web properties, CBD provides you with access to a variety of resources, including information, text, graphics, photos, artwork, images, video, audio, software, and other material and services (collectively "Content"). The Content, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the Terms of Use.

RESTRICTED RIGHTS LEGEND. Any Software which is downloaded from this web site for or on behalf of the United States of America, its agencies and/or instrumentalities ("U.S. Government"), is provided with Restricted Rights.
