As a leading provider of public access enterprise software and related services, Computers By Design Inc. (CBD) understands and respects your privacy concerns when you visit our web sites.

We do not transfer or resell our marketing databases to other organizations for use in their online or direct mail marketing campaigns.

Forms

CBD records detailed information on forms from several places on our web site. The most important of these are gateways to our evaluation software download center. This information allows our Sales department to respond properly and quickly to people interested in purchasing CBD software. We will on occasion use the e-mail addresses obtained from these forms to compile e-mail lists to alert customers and interested prospects of breaking news and product updates. Anyone on these lists will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe with each e-mail broadcast. At no time will this information be given to an organization outside CBD for use in their sales or marketing efforts.

Electronic Newsletters and e-mail

As stated above, CBD will periodically use the customer, business and sales prospect e-mails in our databases to broadcast news and product information. Each dispatch will provide recipients with the opportunity to decline to receive future notifications.

This information is very important in helping us make our web site as useful as possible for visitors.
